March/April Twitterature 2014
Welcome to Twitterature for March and April 2014. I forgot to do one for March, so I am combining the two. As always linking up with the wonderful Moderns Mrs. Darcy.
Practical Paleo: A Customized Approach to Health and a Whole-Foods Lifestyle by Diane Sanfilippo: Probably the best introduction to #Paleo I’ve ever read. If you’ve considered Paleo, or is curious about it, I highly recommend it.
Daring Greatly: How the Courage to Be Vulnerable Transforms the Way We Live, Love, Parent, and Lead by Brené Brown: One of the best books I have read in a very long time. I cannot recommend it enough and I want to force everyone to #ReadIt. (full review here).
Divergent (Divergent Series) by Veronica Roth: If you liked Hunger Games you’ll love Divergent. #YA #Recommended
Insurgent (Divergent Series) by Veronica Roth: The 2nd book, it’s okay, but not fantastic – read it to get to the 3rd one.
Allegiant (Divergent Series) by Veronica Roth: 3rd and last book, the ending isn’t great, but other than that it is almost as good as the first one.
Drive: The Surprising Truth About What Motivates Us by Daniel Pink: Fantastic book on how motivation really works in the modern day world – with intrinsic rather than extrinsic rewards. #Recommended
